Eggs with cheese or some sort of vege (onion, leeks, mushroom). I need to eat very
low carb for breakfast. Coffee or tea with milk.
Sometimes a very small serve of no sugar added unsweetened museli, or a little oatmeal - but I need to add extra insulin to cover those if I do.
Am also very much an emotional eater, but fortunately the emotions are usually still sleeping at breakfast time.
