I do have tremors but for various reasons I decided not to take any medication, so i don't have personal experience with propranolol sorry. At this stage there still seems to be a distinct lack of research and treatment options for MS tremor's. It's one of the MS issues that doesn't have a good track record treatment wise for some reason and tremor treatments can actually worsen fatigue so it can be very hit and miss help wise unfortunately...

I have essesential tremors and take medication (Propranolol SA -160mg) for them. I also take Clonazepam - 0.5mg for anxiety and Prozac - 20mg to help with my nervousness and anxiety. These medications do help, but I have noticed over the past year that my shaky head syndrome and my shaky legs while driving has gotten worse. It is getting to the point that I am barely able to drive, and I have noticed that my head is shaking more than it used to.

I already take Spironolatone 100 mg, furosemide 10mg, propranolol 10mg, which she not taking me off of. I have Thrombosis in my right portal vein. But, my BP is pretty low usually and my pulse rate is already so slow that I'm afraid sometimes my heart will just stop. But, what I really wondered about is that BP Med.that I've heard actually helps reverse Fibrosis in the liver. I thought I might suggest that to her but I can't remember the name. Can anyone help me.

Has anyone tried PROPRANOLOL for prevention of Migraines? I have struggled with headaches almost every day & Migraines aprox every 7-10 days for the last 10 years. Feverfew has helped but they now seem to be getting worst so I was thinking of asking my GP if I could try Propranolol.

alright, well i just got the actual report back from my dh SA, and I have a few questions about it. We are trying to do our first IUI this cycle (and we are on a rush since i just had my lap for endo, so my RE wants to be aggressive while the window is open after my lap). So it says that the ph is decreased and the motitily and morphology are also decreased... it says my dh normal morphology is 2% (normal is >6%) and the motility for rapid progression is 35 (normal is above 40).

So I was wandering about something, while I am recovering from surgery, we were going to get my husband to have an SA, i know your supposed to be abstinent for 2-3 days, but my question is what if its almost two weeks? does that make the numbers skewed? since normally (when I'm not recovering from a surgery) we would never go two weeks without BD! My little 2 week old child was diagnosed with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome after presenting with SVT at 275 bpm. It was brought under control with digoxin and propranolol, but when they realized it was WPW, they took her off the digoxin. Hello Dr. I have newly diagnosed Hashimoto's and Celiac Disease. I've been on a gluten free diet for about a month. My episodes of heart palpitations and SOB seem to be more frequent. I take Lexapro and propranolol to help. Do you have any other suggestions? 4 days ago pcp changed my beta blocker from propranolol 40mg twice daily to metprolol er 25mg daily d/t low pulse in 40s- 50s. Been on propranolol for 22yrs for PVCS. She had me just stop propranolol and start metoprolol, been experiencing shakiness, occassional pvcs, headache, nausea, pulse still 45 - low 60s at rest and with exertion 70-90. Should she have tapered propranolol or will the metoprolol block the more serious withdrawal symptoms ie: HTN, chest pain ect.

Does anyone take propranolol for anxiety and panic attacks? I've had crippling anxiety for my whole life. Antidepressants increase it to the point where I'm in such a state I almost pass out from hypervenitlating. I've heard propranolol is good for this, and is effective.
