Does anyone take propranolol for anxiety and panic attacks? I've had crippling anxiety for my whole life. Antidepressants increase it to the point where I'm in such a state I almost pass out from hypervenitlating. I've heard propranolol is good for this, and is effective.

I also do take the beta-blocker pindolol which has kept my BP at 125/70 for years. Shrink says very occasional and use of propranolol on top of pindolol should not be a problem but I still have concerns which I will run by my GP. what do u mean? anyway my BP is so low 80/49 supine it raise a little though when i sit, etc (also low bassal temp 35,5 c) even before taking BB. but weird cause 4 days ago it was quite high (also got palp) body temperature also raise a little though normal range. even though on BB (been on it for long). im confused should i stop the BB cause concern about BP..but it says it cant be stop suddenly...
