sometimes Tenex is also used in conjunction with stimulants to help control ADHD symptoms....first I have heard of inderal (brand name for propranolol) being used but makes sense...Always to remember to ask your doctor any questions about your meds and health care...the only stupid questions are the ones not asked....Also beta blockers are also given to help control migraines to regulate fluxs in BP...not because too high but slight changes can trigger migraines...

Can birthmarks be inherited? I was born with one on my face that I had removed as a teen but just wondering if my little girl could be born with one too?

Does anyone take propranolol for anxiety and panic attacks? I've had crippling anxiety for my whole life. Antidepressants increase it to the point where I'm in such a state I almost pass out from hypervenitlating. I've heard propranolol is good for this, and is effective.

Specific birthmarks are not hereditary. In fact, I have never heard of any children being born with the exact same birthmarks, in the exact same places, that their parents have. Chances are slim.

I also do take the beta-blocker pindolol which has kept my BP at 125/70 for years. Shrink says very occasional and use of propranolol on top of pindolol should not be a problem but I still have concerns which I will run by my GP. I actually did receive a call from my pharmacy pointing out the risk of a low BP problem. So...I am wondering if anyone has used propranolol or has an educated opinion on both its use in ED and possible interactions.

a doctor had told my parents the reason for that was the birth mark. can birthmarks have that effect or is it something else that causes my leg to not gain weight? my right leg does have celulities and so does the thin leg why?

I have a small, dark colored, birthmark near the head of my penis that i've had for as long as I can remember. The birthmark is not raised, but is just a dark discoloration of the skin, as if the pigment cells are overactive in that one small area. Its always made me super self conscious, to the point where its destroyed my sex life along with my self esteem. Hi, Thank you for your question. Usually, propranolol (beta blocker) is suggested for prophylactic treatment of migraine. Acute or prompt treatment require over the counter pain killers and triptans. I used to take a slow-release Propranolol 80 mg every day, which caused severe tiredness and extreme fatigue, to the point that I was not able to think straight and sometimes could not even get out of bed.
