No, or I should say highly unlikely. Ovarian cysts may rupture or 'twist' and when that happens it will feel like sharp stabbing pains. You may also get, as part of cysts, irregular periods or heavier periods. Your physician/obgyn (or the ER depending on pain level, etc) should be contacted in any of those cases or when anything 'feels' different. But, no, dying is not likely. After a few months I was diagnosed having PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) with multiple cysts in both ovaries sizes ranging from 38-40 mm. I started taking Dian-35. I took it for 3 months and went on a diet. On my fourth month my menstrual cycle was on time but I still gained weight. My TVS showed that my cysts persist and they remain the same size, no improvement at all, my doc said it's very likely that I won't be able to lose weight and that I should have a child ASAP.
