Avatar f tn Hey guys, I've been wanting to become more active because I want to be healthy for my little man and myself. I did workout daily before I became pregnant, but went into a depression mode and stopped. I'm currently 25 weeks and was just wondering what some safe workouts would be and what is a good amount to walk everyday? Thank you!
Avatar f tn I worked out 4-56 times a week and now I can barely get 3 workouts in. I even made a schedule for a specific pregnancy workout I found on pinterest and walking and elliptical. We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..

Avatar f tn If you don't like workouts like me, try beach bodys rockin body workout (its kind of like zumba but not as intense). Its super fun and easy. Plus it doesn't look like you're working out, just dancing. Don't let anyone keep you down. You'll get to your goal weight! I believe in you! Same with you morgan1342.
Avatar f tn re already active it is fine to keep doing your regular workouts.. just monitor your heart rate, try not to get above 150. I asked her if boot camp classes and spin is still okay (by two favorite) she said as long and I'm monitoring I can do whatever I feel like as long as it is safe and I am not over heating (no more kick boxing).
Avatar f tn Make sure you allow your body to recover from your workouts. When I started I would run in the morning and do my T25 in the evening. I was waking up in cold sweats and dizzy the next day every time I did that. So I started doing them one after another if I was going to do both and started have the snack as well for the second workout and I haven't had that problem since. Good luck!
Avatar n tn Other options include a small protein snack at bedtime, exercise in the evening, a small glass of wine in the evening. These may or may not work, but no harm to try.

I'm not working right now so I have plenty of time to work out but don't want to do anything excessive and I don't want to be a couch potato my whole pregnancy lol. Any ideas are appreciated!
Avatar f tn I've had the same problem my whole first trimester. I'm almost in my second as well so I hope to start working out again soon. In the meantime I go to the pool when I can and do some swimming and stuff.

Avatar f tn I'm 14 weeks. In two days I'll be 15 weeks. I stopped running when I found out I was expecting. Super excited. Before I was pregnant I use to run 1/2 marathons and run 5 miles a day. I did my first slow jog this evening, 2 miles. I felt great but now I'm weak and nausous. Is this normal?
205009 tn?1218559728 Thanks for the support. I am getting my Vitamin D levels back on track. My PCP is great and prescribes a lot of holistic care products for me (vitamins, etc.) Hence the Armour Thyroid (natural). Unfortunately not all of them can be written as prescription and they can be dang expensive! So she has kindly narrowed the list down and prescribed a whammy of a Vitamin D pill that should get me back on track there. I wish I could get movign in the morning to get my workout in.
Avatar m tn and the Creatinine level at that was 1.5 - 1.6. The doctor reduced the tacrolimus dose to .5 mg morning and evening and since then the Creatinine level is slowly increasing. It is now between varying between 2.1 and 2.4. The TAC level is also low and reduced from 4.5 to 3.4 to 2.4 when last checked 2 months ago. Had a biopsy 2 months back and the report was OK. Pl suggest.

What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off. Within 5 days i lost 7 lbs but that's just cuz it was the very start. After that ul lose it gradually.
