I am sorry that is happening. Usually your doctor will follow your hcg levels. If they drop twice in a row it indicates a miscarriage. Otherwise you can have low progesterone and that can cause the bleeding..if it drops your body thinks its not pregnant and then it brings it back up and thats what causes spotting. I did have all those tests for multiple miscarriage with the exception of hysteroscopy. This was done prior to multiple m/c testing during infertility testing. I did have some abnormal results. 16 I took the 3 rounds of penicillin. My titer has not decreased from 1:32 since last year according to this clinic I went to an infectious disease doctor and he did not draw any labs but gave me a month supply of Doxy 100mg 2x a day for 30 days. I did not get to complete it because I became pregnant. When the obgyn drew blood my titer was at 1:8 according to them but still 1:32 at the clinic, I'm confused why the titers are different and I'm not sure which one to go by.
