sometimes when i feel nauseous after
or during eating i take my index finger and thumb, and pinch the skin about 2 inches above
my belly button very hard and pull it outwards as far as possible (making it feel like there is almost more room in your stomach. also another method i use is to do things to take your mind off it, for me, i work on one of my cars, or go for a walk, or believe it or not, have sex. all of these things are quick fixes and i hope these method helps someone.
