I was very attached to my old fellows. The new classmates are not good they can be considered in the list of bad company . I always wanted good company so I have to stay alone in class. I have 2 siblings who are always busy in themselves. Mother and father are also busy in their activities. I am getting quiet day by day, crying for no reasons or missing my old self, watching same movies and novels for about 2 years and losing interest in doing things I loved to do at one time.

this is where we go for a place to relax and speak of good things and just what is going on.. Maybe the reason for not many responses is that many can not even comprehend feeling good.. Yes there is life after addiction and it is a good life.. much goes into making it this way.. You should make a journal of your experiences and comments will grow speaking of the benefits of being clean.. Here are a couple of mine..

how long does it take to stop feeling like a zombie?/ i detoxed from 160 mgs to 20 mgs before..then went CT..on the 20 mgs 14 days worth the phiscal part..when 30 days were up..i felt like a zombie..for aweek..then went back to the pain docky they put me on a much lower dose..i just don't care for this drug at all..i cant sleep from it or go to the bathroom....
One thing that I do which seems to help a little, is to make lists! On a piece of paper I physically write down a list of things I'm grateful for, things I need to work on, and anything else I'm feeling! I'm not in to writing novels about my feelings, and just a short list helps to get my feelings out! I make new lists all the time and look back at old ones to see how my feelings have changed! I have asthma and take flovent and xopenex I also have interstitial cystitis so therefore I take Elmiron. I have no idea if the doctor read my list of meds or not. But I do not want to take this if there is going to be an interaction. I also take thyroid meds-- armour and have endometriosis so I will take Advil and Tylenol for the pain from endo. I also have Nasonex and Allegra for allergies. If anyone knows how these drugs will interact with one another please let me know.
Also not sure if im bipolar though i did have what could be classified as a manic state and i was diagnosed bipolar because of it among many other things. Here goes lately as in for about the past three years more like two and a half i don't show any emotion or feel any really for that matter other than despair because of my inability to show any emotion or connect with people. I hardly ever talk and when i do its because if i don't i will be perceived as weird. And It is always forced.

Try bringing something new into the bedroom, like a new position or a toy. Get an open line of communication, too! One fairly painless suggestion is each of you make a list of ten things you'd like to try, then show them to each other. Something as simple as that could get the creative and literal juices flowing again.

I am a senior who has suffered from depression all of my life. I have been a moderate alcohol drinker for many decades. I stopped drinking almost a month ago, hoping my short-term memory would improve. It hasn't. In fact, it's worse than during the period of consumption. I've led a production life, publishing novels after retirement. I guess I'm just trying to reach out, for I have kept this to myself because I'm embarrassed.
My husband and I cannot decide on a name for our baby boy. It's driving me crazy. Lol. We live on a farm out in the country and I love country names! I want a name that is different but on the lines of being country. Ant ideas? And, when is a good time to start to register? I'm 22 weeks today.
Get him some books he actually likes. There are a lot of illustrated novels, and lots of good young-adult fiction. Even comics like Calvin & Hobbes or Zits have plenty of adult-based humor, so what if they have pictures, it's still reading. Let's not forget the Lord of the Rings, The Warriors, and Harry Potter series.
