m going to be needing time off which kind of makes me have to tell them. Do I have the option of not answering those questions? I feel as if I only have 2 options if those questions are brought up - tell them I'm pregnant or lie to them until I find out if I get the job. Both of which I'd rather not do until I have the job so I know it didn't influence their decision.
Has anyone experienced this, knows what the laws are, or have suggestions?

Columbus has some very well known centers for neurology but I am not sure if any of them have experience with Chiari best thing to do is interview them have all you info in front of you. Ask them questions and if you do not feel satisfied with their answers or knowledge they arent for you and you should expand your search out.

I contacted a couple pediatrician offices and interviewed them. There was a sample list of questions I used from bump.com took a couple wks to see the drs but if you tell them how far along you are maybe they will rush your appt. I hope so just in case you deliver early. The pediatrician you choose will usually see your baby within a few days of you leaving hospital.
A lot of us have had good luck with our doctors. You just have to keep looking until you find the one who is willing to work with you. We've had members who have gone through several doctors, before they found one who would actually listen and work to alleviate symptoms.
You can often "pre-interview" doctors, often via a nurse, to find out how they treat thyroid patients.
I would advise you to sit down and write any concerns you might have on paper and take this with you when you see the Surgeon. I don't know if you actually have a breast issue that has been proven by some type of imagery ... breast pain and breast discharge aren't unusual occurances and most women have dense breast tissue. Only you know what things you feel that you need to know so the list should be yours and yours alone. We each have different concerns under such circumstances.

I have a Interview on Monday , I was wondering if any of you ladies didn't get a job because you told them that you were pregnant
Hi - I brought two things with me everywhere I went in my DX journey. The first was a complete set of all test results, including MRI reports and CD's, blood work etc. The second was my symptom log, including onset dates, changes in severity, resolution dates etc. The list was ordered in terms of severity.
If I had all of these things written down I was less likely to forget something. I also learned that focusing on the top 3 symptoms helped.
