Multi-grain and whole grain breads have added
grains/seeds, such as oatmeal, and sesame seeds. The label will
list the additional 'grains'. All fibers foods, fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain baked goods, brown/wild rice, wheat pasta, oatmeal, and whole grain cereals are the best for our bodies regardless if you are a diabetic or not. They give the body fiber to help regulate colon movements, and helps to keep the blood sugars much more even.
