I have fluid-filled blisters all over my upper lip. They are on the lip it self as well as the edge, covering my whole upper lip. They aren't inside. They aren't cold sores (I've had cold sores and these aren't it). They are not itchy or painful. They didn't go through the cold sore stages. If I pop the blisters, my lips taste sour and the blisters form again.
I noticed the area of skin on my lip was feeling itchy and dry shortly after having gone to the beach. I suspect that the lip had gotten sun burned (I used a sun screen but it is very possible that I missed that spot). Could the skin be possibly sun damaged? And, if so, would the problem persist for this long? If is a sun related injury, what is the proper way to remedy it?
I have a small red spot on my lower lip its just slightly darker then my lip and is raised a little bit it doesnt look like its a blister or a cold sore ive had one before and it went away and now i have one again ive been searching the interne and cant really find anything about it. ive seen cold sores and it doesnt look like any ive seen. it doesnt hurt doesnt bleed doesnt do anything but u can tell its there..

About 2 months ago I got a red blood blister on my bottom lip, a month went by and I didnt really think too much about it and left it.....after that it was annoying me and I decided that my best option would be to pop the blister to get rid of it. I know now that this was a very bad decision!! The blister formed into a scab which bled a couple more times when I caught the scab....it looked very unsightly and my friend advised the best thing to do is put on some blistex.
About 6 days ago I was watching Seinfeld and eating 2 overly salted cucumbers and when I got to the bottom of the bowl I felt the left side of my bottom lip go numb and tingly and when I looked in the mirror I found there was a clear blister that had formed on the inner part of my bottom lip on the left side. I have a blister inside my upper lip and it has blistered, burst, healed, blistered, burst, healed etc. for a year and a half now. The healing only lasts for a single day. In one week it will have gone through two cycles. It is painful to brush my teeth and sometimes to eat and I have to avoid drinks that are citric. I have been to the doctor several times and three months ago he finally took a good look with a light and saw it. He promised to refer me to a specialist but nothing has happened.
I have had a "blood blister" on my bottom lip for more than a year now. It sort of gets better in the winter time. I remember going to a dermatologist once when I was younger and him giving me steroids for it and it kind of went away, but not all the way. My bottom lip is very sensitive to foods that are acidic and spicy. Toothpaste kills! I do have Polymorphous light eruption and I am wondering if it has anything to do with it? I noticed a single painless blister on my lip 24 hours ago. I believe that it developed after trying to rip skin from my lip with my teeth two days and pulling skin of my lip manually a couple of days ago because of chapped lips. However, I was really suprised to see a blister develop. As I stated, it is a single painless blisterin the center of my my lip, not along the edge or corner of my mouth.
I was 7 or 8 when i started biting my bottom lip it eventually caused what i believe to be a small blood blister. It has faded considerbly as i have not bit my lip in over 25 years, however it has not disappeared and every now and then it becomes really noticable. I have noticed a few smaller ones like needle pricks that have just appeared. My question is what are they caused from and how do you treat them?

a blister on your lips? Today I saw two dry raised spots in the middle of my upper lip (where the upper and lower lip meet) and I pulled them off, with nothing being revealed there. A cold sore wouldn't behave like that would it?

I have a small fluid filled blister on the inside of my bottom lip. It has been there for over a month now. I am not sure what it could be. It gets really big and I pop it because I can barely chew my food without biting it. It has a clear, gooey liquid in it and sometimes a little bit of blood. After I pop it, it is small for a day or so then it puffs up again. My mother in law suggested I use allum on it.

About 4 months ago my brother developed a blister (just one bubble thing filled with pus) on the center of his top lip. 2 weeks ago he developed a similar looking blister on his bottom lip. He said he felt pain only when he touched it, not so much pain. The first one disappeared in 3 days leaving no scabs or a sign that it was there! The second one was there for about 3 days and then disappered and left a brown thing behind.
My left hand was slightly moist after rubbing her groin. Today I have a fever blister on my upper lip, basically in the same location and of the same look & feel that I have had throughout my life.
I have also been under IMMENSE stress lately with work, which I suppose may contribute to a normal lip fever blister.
My question is whether I could have contracted some kind of "new" herpes from this girl?
