About 7 weeks ago I woke up and noticed a blister type lump on my glans penis, 2 days later, it grew 5 times in size and opened up and there were 2 more small blister type lumps (one of these was on my protruding meatus lip). The tip of the glans penis around the meatus and the open blister type lumps was red raw.
I soaked my glans penis in salt water twice a day for 7 days and 2 of the lumps have completely healed and the glans penis is no longer red raw.
I have a blister inside my upper lip and it has blistered, burst, healed, blistered, burst, healed etc. for a year and a half now. The healing only lasts for a single day. In one week it will have gone through two cycles. It is painful to brush my teeth and sometimes to eat and I have to avoid drinks that are citric. I have been to the doctor several times and three months ago he finally took a good look with a light and saw it. He promised to refer me to a specialist but nothing has happened.
But also noticed this blister like thing on the inside omy my lip. I am honestly freaking out because its a bump and you can notice it when I talk but its still on the inside of my lip. All my friends keep joking that its herpes but I have no clue how that could be seeming as I havent had sex in a really long time and the last time I kissed a girl was a few weeks ago but she didnt appear to have any sores, etc... Plus the blister itself is not painful at all..
Fast forward to a few days ago, I woke up with a blister on my lip and my lips were swollen and releasing a lot of this clear fluid - from all over my lips, not just the blister. I also had a rash around the lining of my lips.
The day after, I woke up to extreme swelling and a number of yellow blisters on my lips. My lips release this clear pus like fluid constantly. My lips become yellow and crusty in the mornings - I usually clean the with a cotton pad soaked in salt water.

I tried swishing some Hydrogen Peroxide around in my mouth. I did two parts Hydrogen peroxide ,and two parts water. It tasted awful and chalky. And I was scared about swallowing it. Although I'm pretty sure I spit all of it out, and I must have rinsed my mouth out a billion times after that.

Both Herpes type 1 and type 2 infection can cause blood blister on lip. Improper alignment of teeth causing friction of mucosa can also cause blood blisters on lips.
If you are on birth control pills then rash/freckle/blood blister like things can also be a reaction to the pills. The rash can also be petechiae, which are pinpoint-sized red dots under the surface of the skin.
The common symptoms of an oral cancer include a sore or blister in the mouth or lip that wont heal , white and red patches in the mouth or lips, difficulty swallowing, earaches, change in the way teeth fit together or bleeding from the mouth. If your symptoms persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. A referral to a specialist or oral surgeon may also help.

I have a red patch on my upper lip that is red, dry, but no blister and does not itch. It burns when I get somethign acidic on it. I noticed that I had a blister under my tongue a few day ago. About 2 months ago I got a red blood blister on my bottom lip, a month went by and I didnt really think too much about it and left it.....after that it was annoying me and I decided that my best option would be to pop the blister to get rid of it. I have had a "blood blister" on my bottom lip for more than a year now. It sort of gets better in the winter time. I remember going to a dermatologist once when I was younger and him giving me steroids for it and it kind of went away, but not all the way. My bottom lip is very sensitive to foods that are acidic and spicy. Toothpaste kills! I do have Polymorphous light eruption and I am wondering if it has anything to do with it? I noticed a single painless blister on my lip 24 hours ago. I believe that it developed after trying to rip skin from my lip with my teeth two days and pulling skin of my lip manually a couple of days ago because of chapped lips. However, I was really suprised to see a blister develop. As I stated, it is a single painless blisterin the center of my my lip, not along the edge or corner of my mouth.
I was 7 or 8 when i started biting my bottom lip it eventually caused what i believe to be a small blood blister. It has faded considerbly as i have not bit my lip in over 25 years, however it has not disappeared and every now and then it becomes really noticable. I have noticed a few smaller ones like needle pricks that have just appeared. My question is what are they caused from and how do you treat them?
If you kissed her it could be. Or if you gave oral sex. This isn't as common but still a posibility.
