A persistently elevated white cell count with a high proportion of segmenters indicate an ongoing infection.

I did urine tests and was negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. However there was gram positive cocci (few) present which the doctor has given me antibiotics for.

Around 4 weeks later I developed a minor case of epididymitis confirmed by ultrasound, the doctor in the ER gave me 1 gram azithromycin and a shot of ceftriaxone. One night I was going crazy, so I did some research and talked to some people and said to try levaquin so I called the doctor and got 2 weeks of 250mg fo levaquin, no change yet. Went to the doctors yesterday he did a ultrasound of the prostate and said it did not look inlarged but he said there was some stones in there but that is not a problem. As of right now he gave me more levaquin 500mg this time for 3 weeks.
