My main concern is jaw pain. After short periods of running I am experiencing pain, specifically around my joints. After doing some light background research I saw this this could be linked to heart disease. Before anyone responds a few points should be made.
-I was tested extensively for heart issues when I was 4 due to a benign heart murmur.
- I have scoliosis which causes one of my legs to be approx .25 inches shorter than the other. I require the use of a lift in one shoe.
Hi there, for me it started when i lose my voice (not competely) but no pain in the throat area. then area around my left jaw joint area (below the ear) starts to feel uncomfortable especially every time i moved my jaw or open my mouth wide to eat something. i dont have toothache etc. then i start to have running nose and nose block. i went to see a GP, he say there is slight infection in the ear and nose. i was on medication for 6 days.
the area where the tooth was pulled does not hurt but 2 of the injection sites hurt terribly. There is intense pain towards the back of my jaw,ear,and lower jaw bone.they gave me antibiotics but have not been running a fever. They don't seem to help. I have also been taking 800mg ibuprofen which helps for about 3 hours then the pain is back. It is not getting any better. The pain is almost unbearable. Any suggestions?
Pulse is normally low in the 50s but does manage to get into the low 60s with training. Blood pressure remains unchanged. No arm or jaw pain, but I really feel like I can not catch enough oxygen and I may pass out. I try to train in the evening when it is cooler and the sun is not as strong. I am beginning to think I have a heart problem.
My physician does not think so but am going for a cadiac workup anyway. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
IVE BEEN HAVING PAIN IN MY TEMPLE, THAN I CAN FEEL PRESURE IN MY NECK JAW AND DOWN IN MY GROAN . I WENT TO THE DOC SHE IS RUNNING SOME TESTS, BUT SHE THINKS ITS NOT MY HEART OR A STOKE, OR BLOOD CLOT. DO U KNOW THE SIGNS OF A BLEEDING BRAIN, WOULD SOMEONE DIE FAST? I FEEL THE PRESURRE IN MY MAIN ATRIES LEFT SIDE.
It started about 2000 and seems to be getting worse. I have terrible ear pain, 1-10 a 9, burning, tingling, and weak and very tight muscles in my neck, running all the way down my upper back. I have been on Rx Topamax and a Flexeril a muscle relaxer for years. Do you think it could possible be a pinched nerve in my neck ?
The previous weeks, while I had my temp on, I had occasional low level pain in my jaw running from my ear to my chin. The dentist told me when the permanent went on, this pain would go away, but it has not and I still have intermittent jaw painn. There is no hot/cold sensivity or pain when biting and the crown feels completely normal. Is this something I should be concerned about? How long might it go on?
I had very severe neck pain along with pain in jaw line,dizziness and loose motions.The neck pain lasted for almost 2 months and now its totally gone..!!!as if it was never there.But after three months i am facing red/brown elevated spots on my fore ahead and below my jaw line area. Every day i find a new spot on my face.Which makes me concerned.Persistent loose motions are still there along with dizziness.My questions are:-

Pressure moves in head from temples, bridge of nose, ears, teeth, jaw. Also with this is constant dry eyes. I also experience aches of my upper and lower extrems, muscle twitching in all limbs with some tingling, and a constant tremor, which I would classifiy as isometric (I tremble when I put pressure on my upper limbs) and also feel clumbsy with keys, separating papers. I do great with eye makeup, writing, percise slow movements. The quicker I move the clumbsier I get.
So after dealing with a dentist induced TMJ and tooth pain for 2 months I visited the emergency room. Since Jaw pain is part of the TMJ and also may indicate a heart attack is brewing I wanted to play it safe. ER Doc. Said he believed it's all dental related until my blood work came with showing Troponin at .26 so I was admitted... X-ray, ekg, echo, CT Scan, BP, heart rate and blood work was all normal... after 4 days in Cardiologist basically told me he has nothing and discharged me.
t eating much and with the cone on she may be more discouraged. She keeps running her face on her cat scratch post. I tried to put her cone on but she's semi feral and got really upset, jumped away and is now hiding. I don't want her to do any damage to herself and I'm lost as if I should stop her. Any advice would be well appreciated.

In the literature, the symptoms of myocardial bridge seem to be more heart-oriented, in that the discomfort is described as similar to that of a classic MI, with chest pain and pressure, left arm or left jaw pain, and excessive fatigue, whereas you describe a 'flash' of chest pain and then your legs fail or run out of gas. I assume you're referring to a symmetrical leg weakness?
anything wrong in my throat, although I feel heat around my ears, swelling of cheeks inside mouth, and a bruising like pain in the jaw from my ear to my chin. I am not however running a fever (like you might expect from some type of infection). Also, the pain does not improve or get worse when eating, chewing, talking, etc.
I had a CT scan with dye done Friday and am waiting on the results, but am just curious if anyone else has ever had these symptoms.
She has swollen glands in the neck and cheek and inner ear pain or the left side of her face. She also has pain on the left side of her face and the left side of her tongue running down her throat. When she touches it, it prickles, like there should be an open cut there. There are swollen bumps on the highest part of her cheek bone. Her glands, ear, tongue, and lip hurt the worst after eating or drinking. Any idea what could be causing this?
55%) when I went to a cardiologist because of jaw pain and heart palpitations. I am a 29 year old female, my total cholesterol is 152 and HDL is 77. Blood pressure is normal. My parents both have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and my paternal grandfather died of a heart attack in his 50s. The jaw pain is only on the right side and only when I exercise, but the palpitations can be anytime. I am taking armour thyroid for hypothyroid, as well as Frova for frequent migraine headaches.
I have recently been going through all the same sort of symptoms as you have listed, including the jaw pain. I think it is hormone related as I have heard of other people going through it too. I am currently getting tested and may be referred to an endocrinologist shortly to find out if my symptoms are due to early menopause. So if I find out anymore about it, I will let you know.

Regarding the jaw pain; clenching jaw muscles can affect your neck and jaw, it is actually a common symptom for many people who suffer from anxiety. If it is extreme, you can ask your dentist for a mouth guard, which can help reduce the pain and also save your teeth from any future damage ( use it at night while you sleep, or if you nap anytime)...
No jaw pain but now you mention it I've got slightly sensitive teeth. Hope your jaw ache passes quickly.
I have had pain in the left joint of my jaw for years now. As far as I can remember I have not been knocked in that area. The area of pain can stretch from the lower jaw area right up to my ear and can even give me neck pain. It causes pain when I open my mouth wide and always feels like the bones are 'clicking' and 'clunking' out of place. I have had phisio on the joint but that is only a stretch of the muscle and the pan is always present.
s know if you have ever had braces before, but if so, or if you grind your teeth, there is a very good chance you might have TMJ. It causes severe jaw pain because the jaw is not aligning correctly. If it is, you generally can not open your mouth as far due to tightening or sometimes you can even feel or hear it pop.
