It is true that as you get closer to your goal
weight, it gets harder. Your body is getting
used to working out all the time. I would suggest mixing up your exercises. If you mostly jog, try some strength building exercises. The more muscles you have, the easier it is to burn calories. Try eating more vegetables. They have fiber and almost no calories. Fruits are good too, and full of water, but they do have more natural sugars and calories in them.
