Avatar f tn For most people, being completely ripped all the time is not actually healthy and they have to do a lot of dangerous things to get that way, and they only do it temporarily for fights or aesthetic competitions. For example, in order to get super ripped they completely dehydrate themselves and do things like sweat in a sauna without drinking water for a long time.

Should I just tough trough it and get a gym membership? The problem is there has to be a gym that is open at 11 since that would be my only time to workout. What should I do? Should I just continue to do vigorous house work and walking the dog? Or should I just get a gym membership? Thanks I appreciate it!

I want to like go on the beach and to feel confident that i have a good shaped and ripped body. My main desires are 6 packs, with ripped good sized arms (triceps ,biceps, etc), and a big chest. I know it would take a huge amount work, but i am completely okay with it.
Avatar f tn I worked out 4-56 times a week and now I can barely get 3 workouts in. I even made a schedule for a specific pregnancy workout I found on pinterest and walking and elliptical. We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..

Avatar n tn Umm...that I don't know. I've been on the pill, the shot, the patch, and Nuva Ring. Then, finally the pill and I stopped. When I was younger, I didn't get wet much, but I don't think that was due to the bc, I think it was simply due to the fact of being young and I didn't know what was going on. Now, that I am older, had being on the Ring and the pill, didn't change my husbands sexual effect on me.

As you may know Yoga workouts and core workouts are important but you need to activate specify muscles around your waist. Those muscles are named the oblique muscles. The muscles need to be strong, activated so when you start dropping body fat you will see how your waist drops significantly.

Avatar m tn I think if he is throwing up (and I guess by that, you mean he's done it more than once?) -and what he brings back up looks strange -then the first thing to do is to take him to the vet as soon as you can. At this stage I think it's more than a food issue. He needs medical attention. The best thing would be to withhold food, until you get him there, and I would go as soon as you can. Don't restrict him drinking though. If he wants to drink water, make sure it's there for him.
Avatar f tn Cardio - take your son on walks to a park that's a 20-30 min walk away, walking at a moderate pace. There's also walking clubs, and probably walking clubs that are just for Mum's! You can also do jogging, if you're up to it. You could even walk at faster paces each week till you're ready to do jogging :) There's also high intensity training you can do at home, just google "HIT workouts" (or search Pinterest !
Avatar m tn If you carry along with you to the workouts then take it as soon as possible, but see that you get hold of the protein shake within an hour even if you have to drive home, anyways your body will absorb it only after 2 hours which is the holding time in your stomach and to get absorbed from your intestine if you are on empty stomach. Only after absorption from your small intestine; can your body utilize these amino acids. So it is always good to take it as fast as possible. Take care!

I would search online for safe pregnancy workout videos :) goodluck and congrats on ur baby coming!!!!

Rowing machines are a little harder to find. I know an elliptical will be good for cardio but will it also help build muscle?
Avatar f tn I've done a few workouts but not consistent. Just when I don't feel like I'm going to be sick. I hope it'll be easier to get back into it. I may look into pregnancy workouts. I know amazon has quite a few to sort through so we will see.
