heartburn...
1 tbsp. baking soda mixed with an 8 oz. glass of WARM water (reaaaally helps if it is warm)
Because heartburn is an acid and baking soda is a base, it instantly neutralizes it. It really doesn't taste that great, but I "chug" it. Give that a try... hopefully that will if nothing else, give you instant relief while you wait for Pepcid or whatever to take effect.
