Have u invested in a pregnancy
pillow? If not try it. They are a little pricey but it was a godsend during
pregnancy number 3. Since you don't have one now try the old pillow between the legs, cool dark room, warm bath before bed in lavender bubble bath(lavender promotes sleep). No caffine 3 hours before bed and eat something with a carbohydrates close to bed like crackers and milk. The carbs close to bed make you relax as well. Good luck.
