Try eating a high fiber diet(which unfortunatly can cause gas), taking stool softeners every day (like miralax), and drinking lots of water if you think hard poop might be the problem. You can also put creams on like preparation H that will help with the swelling and pain after and during pooping.
If you are having liquid/soft poops and still having this problems, you may want to go to your dr for a visit.

Hello, I'm a 44 year old male with several diagnosed conditions, however I feel as though there is something else going on based on my general overall energy and other symptoms.
Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 13 (31 years)
Diagnosed with end stage renal disease at age 38 (6 years)
At the same time I was diagnosed with hypertension.
my diabetes is fairly well under control, some fluctuations due to the dialysate.
It lasted for about 5 days, and consisted of extreme diarrhea, gas, and nausea (no vomiting). Ever since then I have had abdominal cramps, gas, sometimes acid reflux, and have had to use the bathroom a lot more often than usual. Lactose products make me feel worse, but if I eliminate lactose from my diet the symptoms don’t completely go away. It has been two months since I originally had the stomach virus. does anyone know what could be wrong.

I haven't use any medicines. I have good food nutritions. But, I have regular fart problem; I gas up regularly which has made me uncomfortable to be in group/social functions. My nose is block. I can't have good sleep at night (hardly sleep for 3/4 hours after waking up 3/4 times at night). During day time, I can't sleep at all. I also lost my weight (nearly 5-10Kgs); is it a symptoms of HIV ? What stage is this ? please help.
out of gas is what i feel like,,,i take 80mg. of oxycontin at 8a, 2p, and 10pm,,,,i don't get high on them,,,never did, but my body is addicted to this ****....i tried in feb. and didn't take them for 10 days,,,then the rain came..jesus,,,i couldnt get out of bed,,i do have a legitamte reason to take them,,but miss a dose ...and boyo boy does your body know...i really want my life back...and suggestions...i've been taking them for about a year or a bit more....
Make an appointment with a gastroenterologist. It is costly if you don't have an insurance, regardless of age, if you are in doubt, consult with the Gas.. to have a colon scan. It takes a day of cleansing and a day of check up. Don't wait till too late.
Colonsnocopy is suggested to the over 50 but no longer truth. You may develop a polyp in your 20s 30s 40s as well. Check if in doubt. When you see blool in your stool, act quickly. Polyp if not taken care, will turn bad.

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and have cramped almost everyday since around 4 weeks but all is normal. I notice the cramps are worse if i have gas especially trapped gas. If there's no bleeding I wouldn't be too concerned though I was before I knew everything was okay.
I use gasex and stomach ease tea (with licorice) when I have lot of gas. I got severe headache when the gas is more and nothing works till all the gas goes out through burping. After all the gas goes away by burping and I take a tylenol then only the headache goes.By that time my throat and stomach hurts a lot burping. This was the case in 2009,but since sep 2010 it has been a daily problem.
I started burping daily even when I avoid all the NO food list. Burping gets worse after my meal.
Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI infections, inflammations, partial GI obstruction, GI motility issues, neuro-muscular causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician/ internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.

It is not wise. Gas, bloating pressure etc is expected. “Right after surgery it may seem that you have a lot of gas almost all the time. But certain foods, such as eggs, cabbage, broccoli, onions, fish, beans, milk, cheese, and alcohol may cause gas.
Eating regularly will help prevent gas. Skipping meals to avoid gas or output is not smart.
Pain under left rib cage, feel light fever, bolted. Pass lot of gas, done endogastopic examination and prescribed regular taking Omerzoprasole, some time do have constipation, not feeling empty the stools, stools look like little bullet and watery, stomach look big some time.I had peppermint oil tablets, do have type 2 diabetic, take regular blood pressure tablets and reduction of cholesterol

) I asked my OB if it was safe to take gas-x. I had really bad gas pains before pregnancy, and they're worse now. She approved it for me, so if it gets too bad, ask!!!!
I know that a lot of my symptoms are inter-related in some form but i was wondering if anyone knows what the coorelation between GI activity and tachycardia is? It seems when i have gas, or a bowel movement and sometimes if i eat a heavy meal i get brief periods of tachycardia and sometimes PVC's? anyone know about GI and heart?
