I am 28 yr old men I have stomach gas problem . It's start in 2010/04 when 1 night I had full bottle of whiskey. That night everything ok next morning I wake up while going to work I had mother drink 300ml after 1 hr of mother drink I had break fast about 7:30am soon after I start feeling dizzy and heart beat gone up my hand shaking and I went to emergency in kogarah. In hospital after few hrs I feel ok they just keep me under observation for 5-6 hrs send me home with vitamin pills.
Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI infections, inflammations, partial GI obstruction, GI motility issues, neuro-muscular causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician/ internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.

When you are hungry there could be this sensation of cold feeling in the belly. This sensation could be due to GERD or Hyperacidity. Food poisoning and nerve disorders are few other rare possibilities. It is best to see a doctor and get your condition diagnosed. If it is due to GERD antacids may provide symptomatic relief.
Have you looked at the signs and symptoms of GERD or GORD. This is chronic reflux which causes heatburn and gas. Increased stomach acid after eating exacerbates symptoms as does the sleeping position. Usually the GP will prescribe PPI's like Omeprazole. If you aint happy taking meds, try some lifestyle changes. Google GERD and GORD though and you'll get some good info.
sometime i get gas buildup in my stomach that is very painful and it very hard for me to pass the gas that is rubbling threw my stomach it take hours before i can release gas gas-x want relief or make me pass gas and the pain in the upper middle of my stomach be hurting severe. But here ltley ive been having a pain in my lower right side and when i press on the area it feels like there is gass in there and i have been having gas more then ussual and stomach rumbling ,or cramping the pin is mostley in my front right side but i can also sometimes have pain in my back as well i know its not kidney stones because ive had them before and this pain is not that severe its almost like trapped gas in my lower right side and i also dont think its my appendixx .
