I slept 9 amazing hrs last night (thank god) yesterday, I mad myself stay out of the house all day. Went to dog beach with my dog and son. Than, took an hour walk, felt amazing!! Didn't come home til,like 9pm. Today, I feel better than ok. I'm going to my first meeting today. I'm really nervous. I've never been to a meeting so, I don't know what to expect. The old me would pop a couple of pills and go. The new me is going completely sober and vulnerable.

My 5 1/2 years od sun is all of a sudden very fearful of our family dog. It was recommended that I feed the hepatic food and give liver supplements [Denamarin]. My dog is VERY anxious and fearful around other dogs and the use of shen calmer has been recommemnded. My question is will the use of Chinese herbs have an affect on the liver and should I not consider using them? My dog does get accupuncture regulary. Thanks!

I agree that this is a reasonable fear and probably one you shouldn't mind overall. That's a big A dog. Maybe she will warm up but that she is initially fearful? That makes sense. He's a huge dog. As a dog lover, I can understand. Hopefully she will begin to be less stressed by the dog over time.
