Our lifestyle, I believe is our problem, and lack of exercise
. Although, exercise
alone without stretching can be hazardous if you are tight.
Those of you who have this, stretch until you are flexible, and this may help. (I've been like a rubber band (touch hands flat to floor standing, etc,) until lately. Now lately, I have this too!
Sorry to say doctors just want to do tests, and med's. We just all need to watch what we eat, exercise, and destress however you can.....
