I have been having a hard time
in this whole recovery thing. My husband dragged me out skiing for a few days. I woke up
in the mornig and said I dont want to go. He made me. That is good. Drag yourselves out and get some fresh air. It has done wonders for me. Find something beautiful and cherrish it.
I think minute by minute our emotions. a little fresh air is so good.
Go swimming, for a walk, skiing, hit the treadmill.
