I had hiv elisa antibody test which is NON-REACTIVE (in Apollo, Bangalore hospital) after 33 days of needle reuse scenario while drawing blood in a labcorp lab, AZ, US (which is irrationally drilled in my mind) and 22 days of needle stick scenario (which is also irrational thought of mine where I really felt it like a finger nail instead of a sharp pointed pin when strip dancer tried to pat me on my soulder.
I had taken 2 Elisa test and 2 HIV DUO test and one rapid test this year (last DUO and Rapid test yesterday) all of them were negative. I had taken these tests in Bangalore, I am little worried if these test were reliable as i have very little idea on the sensitivity and reliability of the testing centres.
A 4th generation DUO test 28 days post your exposure will give you a very good indication of your status, but it will not be conclusive. Test again at 6-8 weeks with any blood drawn test for conclusive results.

Go get tested at 6 weeks and if you want again at 12 weeks for it to be conclusive but a negative at 6 weeks will probably not change. Also test for all other stds just in case. A test past 3 months is not necessary. Pray for me and I will pray for you man. Thank You. Some of my symptoms are still persisting and my tongue continues to remain whitish and I have sores on the sides of my tongue too. Is an ELISA sandwich test conclusive after 90 days? I have had numerous lipomas on my body from an early age and am pretty sure that they are the reason for my delayed seroconversion.
