BY That time my Hbsag load by ELISA method is 22.67. At present my load is 20.15. Can i get negative sir and can you please guide me by what time i get negative.

one is elisa and 2nd is cima. i carried out my two test with gap of 3 month with 1st test performed by elisa system and 2nd is cima system. and i found difference between their result?

the test you made is obsolete and useless, you need architect or elecsys machine which are old as well but the ones to give hbsag quan t results in iu/ml you also need hbvdna, hbeag/hbeab, fibroscan, utrasound to tell to see those who cured hbv make a serach "memebers who cleared hbsag"

also elisa is a useless test for hbvers and antivirals also dont change it, you have to test hbsag quantitative in iu/ml (architect or elecsys) and hbvdna quantitative in iu/ml after you took lamivudine you can only use tenofovir because lam can mutate hbv to resistance to all drugs except tenofovir and interferon

the test is made wrong without dilution to know the hbsag quantity, you may ask for a refund since it is a fraud if you required hbsag quantitative the only info is that you have hbv infection which can be chronic from birth as for all chronic hbv carriers (only 3% of adults dont clear) or acute.

that s a useless number, there is no unit.

elisa is a useless old test for hbsag and useless on cronic carriers, it does not make hbsag quantity and that number has no meaning, you have to look for abbott architect and number in iu/ml possibility to make it negative is very very little but if it is lower than 500iu/ml there is possibility

Besides hbsag,you should also test for hbeag and hbv dna.

dont worry too much hbv is a benigne virus once you know you have it and monitor liver by fibroscan and ultrasound, also the way you got it doesn t matter by the way do not test for hbsag only for familiy, test hbsag, hbsab, hbcab igg and igm.

and i am suffring from hepetitis B, last 5 to 6 yeafrs. last week i have checked hbsag elisa reading is 2679 and LFT is normal. Dr, told that don't worry it is just a dead proteen. due to this i am not doing marry so please give me beter suggestion what i do.
