He is a social drinker and no smoking habits.His last 3 months blood test shows elevated values for bilirubin,ALT and AST. All other test are normal.The last lab test values are following

Are these results conclusive for being negative for HIV or do I need to get another ELISA again on 90 days post? The odds I've figured for myself are about 1/20,000,000,000 which makes me feel pretty good (using 3% incidence which is probably very high in the first place). I've also read that the difference between 82 and 90 days is irrelevant. However, it's just one of those things where a very slight possibility still seems uncomfortable.
Your albumin is slightly higher than normal, whereas with liver disease it typically is lower than normal. Why not ask your doctor to interpret your scores?.
her tested after a week time with latest ELISA test, both came negative (She might be in window period). Other tests that i did after that were:
1) HIV Random test at a govt hospital at 16 days - Negative
2) VDRL test at 6th & 25th day - Non-reactive

Yes, drinking will definetely raise your enzymes. An indication of that is your elevated GGT. It's not too high but they use GGT many times as a gauge to whether someone who shouldn't be comsuming alcohol is indeed drinking. Also, smoking can raise GGT levels too.
A bottle of wine a night is a lot of booze to me but for some I'm sure it isn't. In any event, yes, for sure, alcohol will raise your liver enzymes.
What do these blood test results mean in a 4 week old baby. Also I was tested for vitamin d two weeks after these test results and found to be insufficient. 34 n/mol. My baby was formula fed pretty much since birth so has had vitamin supplements in his formula but has had symptoms of rickets or OI. Even though his blood doesn't seem to say he has these issues, is there something obvious I'm missing.?

my question is , "HIV AG\AB test" after the three months it will be searching for the AB as well as it search for the AG if it found it,
so what is the method used to search for the AB in the (HIV AG\AB) test , 2- is is better than the method in Elisa AB test after 3 months , 3- if i did h="hiv AG\AB" test after three months " is it conclusive as if i did HIV Elisa AB test"

No matte what generation for test method , elisa generation 2 ? 3 or 4 ? Someone said 3 month is conclusive but some said 6 month & 12 month . Which is the correct timetable for conclusive test result ? Last test was 177 days by elisa negative but don't know what generation , was this result conclusive ?
A negative Western blot test means the ELISA test was a false positive test. The Western blot test can also be unclear, in which case more testing is done.
Negative tests do not rule out HIV infection. There is a period of time (called the "window period") between HIV infection and the appearance of anti-HIV antibodies that can be measured. This period is 3 months from exposure. However, negative WB at 45 days is certainly very encouraging.
