im using nature made (i have used without dha ) now using with dha. still ttc for a year a few months now .. i was also using fertility blend for women, with lots of hope, sadly it made my stomach sick, so i had to stop that.

My RE prescribed prenatal vitamins, Vital-OB+DHA Im sorry but i was paying 32.00 for them the first 3 months, now i went and got my 4th months supply $70.00.. I want the best but c'mon thats expensive enough with my fertility medicines.. Does anyone know of a cheaper brand I could tell my RE to prescribe me that good also?

Please advise good, small prenatal vitamins with right combination of all necessary vitamins and minerals plus dha. Asking for too much?! :-) maybe someone knows a good option! In USA.

So i visited a friend today and she looked at my prenatal vitamins that i had with me and was surprised they didn't have dha in them. She gave me some dha vitamins and recommended that i take them and continue to do so. My dr didn't mention dha. Am i alone in this?

One of my prenatal vitamins have DHA but no iron, and the other has iron but no DHA...The one with iron has a little higher percentage of vitamin C as well...which one should I take? If I take the one with no DHA is it ok to takr Advocare Omega Plex supplement on the side? Or should I take the vitamin with DHA and take iron on the side? These have me confused!

Hi I was wondering what the latest info is on what prenatal vitamins or best, or what vitamins are most important to take pre-conception and during pregnancy. For now my question relates to pre-natal health. I am taking a pre-natal vitamin and then some calcium magnesium with Vitamin D...any other suggestions. Of course I want as healthy a pregnancy as possible. Any advice is appreciated.

i currently take folic acid 1mg because prenatal vitamins just make me sick! dr said at 13 weeks he will start me back on tandem dha (prescib) only thing that ***** is insurance dont cover prenatal pills isnt that crazy!

It comes with one prenatal and one gel dha pill. my advice nurse told me to stop taking the one with dha. Any suggestions why she Di does not want me taking it??

i wouldnt use flinstone vitamins they wont have enough folic acid in them. try to find vitamins with dha/omega 3 which is good for brain developement.

I use CVS store brand prenatal gummy vitamins. They have DHA and Folic Acid. They taste really good. Only problem is, I think my nausea will eventually get the best of me... The smell of them is starting to get to me.

I'm sure you'll get a lot of recommendations but I did a lot of research and reading of labels and finally settled on Brainstrong prenatals with DHA. It just seemed to have the highest level of all the important stuff, plus DHA which is good for growing those little brain cells.

I was taking nature made with dha, and just recently switched to enfamils prenatal with dha because they sent me a free months supply. Most prenatals are good just finding one that does not upset your stomach is the trick. Take it with food and at night before bed. It helps to do that.

You should be taking prenatal vitamins (they contain folic acid).

I'm taking Citral Natal 90 DHA n folic acid on the side. My doctor gave us free samples of several different prenatal at my 1st appointment n allowed us to choose. He also said he didn't not recommended the gummies prenatal because it did not contain enough of certain vitamins like folic acid or DHA but if I wanted gummies I would have to take additional folic acid.

but after reading the label one bottle has dha, epa and omega 3 fatty acids, while the other bottle has all the other stuff like vitamins c, d e, folic acid, iron, copper etc. does this mean take both pills each day? have you seen this before? can you overdose?

Does anyone know the difference between over the counter Prenatal Vitamins (DHA) or prescriptions Prenatal? I can get the pills over the counter or the one's my dr's nurse recommended at $60 for a months supply.
