I am a junior and I don't plan on taking time off from school. I am due January 31 and registered for online classes. I also went full time this previous semester but had classes on campus daily. It wasn't difficult.
They make me sick but I do take flintstone gummies, folic acid (I have a deficency so I take an extra separate pill) and I eat eggs on the morning (helps provide dha to help develop baby brains). For the most part though, prenatals are more for the mother to stay healthy and happy. The baby takes all of the mothers vitamins, leaving the mother with fatique, dizziness, and various other symptoms. I feel 10 times better now that I am taking my cocktail of vitamins.
I spent most of my time hanging out with my boyfriend (now, husband), but he had already graduated, so I went off campus alot. When I was on campus, I just hung out with the "regular" people - - not the jocks or preppies or bad kids.. LOL
Other than that, I was in some honors clubs and President of the dance club in both my Junior and Senior year.

Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?

What was your diet?I don't believe I eat like a cow, or binge eat, my boyfriend eats way more than me, lol but I eat 3 times a day, regular sized portions. If I get hungry between meals I might eat a sandwich, I do eat a snack after almost every meal, like a cookie or two(: or a lil debbie snack. Im 30w+6d, I walk school campus weekdays nd try to walk my block every afternoon, I'm so scared of after baby weight!
I had a pacemaker put in 1979 after my daughter was born in 2004 they took it out now it is 2008 a ekg showed I have abnormal t waves could it be because I do not have a pacemaker anymore

A shooter has been taken into custody by police near the Texas A&M campus in College Station, the university reported Monday.
According to KCEN-TV, six people, including two police officers, were injured in the shooting about a block away from the school's campus. Accorind to College Station's Eagle, newspaper, one of the two officers died in the apparent shootout.
So i visited a friend today and she looked at my prenatal vitamins that i had with me and was surprised they didn't have dha in them. She gave me some dha vitamins and recommended that i take them and continue to do so. My dr didn't mention dha. Am i alone in this?
The FDA says that it is safer to have DHA from a non fish source. I say the DHA is straight from the fish and not good to take! I would not take it or stop. I take the one Enfimil makes and it is I think $11 a month from Walmart and it is from a none fish source. I would tell your ob you wnat another one if you don't want that one!
So I Bought prenatal pills and they don't have dha. So when I had my 1st Dr appt at 5 weeks he said buy dha prenatal so I have been taking them. I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and a few days ago I ran out so I been taking the prenatal pills without dha until I get paid. But I'm wondering is it even a big deal which pills i take since I'm out of 1st trimester?
I was just wondering what type of surgery they will need to do, how long the recovery time and hospital stay would be because Im only a junior in high school and I want to know how long I would need to be out of school.
DHA is a kind of Omega 3 fatty acid (which is usually DHA+EPA)
Omega 3 s are considered really beneficial for our brain and general health..and considered really good for fertility..
they're found in fatty fish or you can take them as supplements..

One of my prenatal vitamins have DHA but no iron, and the other has iron but no DHA...The one with iron has a little higher percentage of vitamin C as well...which one should I take?
If I take the one with no DHA is it ok to takr Advocare Omega Plex supplement on the side? Or should I take the vitamin with DHA and take iron on the side?
These have me confused!
