Im homeschooled and this is my junior/senior Year. So I'll be graduating 2015 instead of 2016. The classes I'M taking are OK but I'M afraid I might not get all my credits in time.

I was in high school when I was pregnant with my son (14 yes ago). I went into labor during class! They had to evacuate the other students, the principal had to go get my dad (he taught at the junior high down the street), and ems was called. They had all the teachers shut their doors and stand in the windows when they wheeled me out so the other kids couldn't see. I was 2 months early though so the hospital stopped the labor and sent me home on bed rest, except school...

But I was already behind in school and I can graduate if I go to summer school but I already have a hard time doing school work I have no idea how I'm going to when the baby's here. I know I have to and will find a way. But I'm getting way to frustrated with it as it is. But I guess that's what I get for getting pregnant my senior year. Sorry kind of just a rant.

How many of you moms have started or will start school soon? how are you ladies getting prepared for the stress lol?

In many ways I like the charter school model. My step-daughter did well in a charter school, but because the "core content" the State thought students should have didn't include inverse trig' functions, she's now having to play catch up in freshman calculus. We can't continue to 'import' our engineers and doctors from India and other countries.

It is not unusual for children to struggle with academic work once they get to junior high school. Often children who are "well behaved" throughout elementary school, teachers have a tendency to "pass" them. It is unusual for a child who has always done well and has been described to be well behaved to suddently be called "lazy"..etc. Is your daughter happy at the junior high?....does she continue to have the same friends?

He uses a pump. He had wonderful grades in elementary school, but since being in junior high last year, his grades are slipping and we have a hard time getting him to turn in his work. It seems that he is very forgetful (for instance last week we helped him do a lengthy math assignment at home and he forgot to take it from his locker to class). The teacher would not let him go back and get it so he had to do it over in class while the teacher was going over it.

But also when you give birth youre going to have to miss school regardless. When i started my junior year some girl asked to have some time because she just had a baby and she came back to school. If you feel motivated enough than you will go to school.

I know that is what has encouraged me. I was a junior when I found out about my pregnancy and I went to summer school for like 9 hours daily and now Im a senior and going to graduate a semester early. I'm still going to class and my due date is in 3 days. If you put your mind to it you can do it ladies!

Yes, staying in school and thinking long term even beyond just a high school diploma. In todays job market, college or trade school are essential so that you can eventually be a financially independent adult.

I have a 16 year old son who seems to be spiraling into depression. He was a model kid pre-pandemic, when he entered Hugh school as a freshman. He played sports, made lots of friends and was an honor roll student. ‘We kept him pretty isolated during the pandemic, and since the return to school, things have gone downhill quickly. m 15 weeks Pregnant and trying to finish this semester of my junior year, but I think I want to take a leave absence so I can be by family and doctor. Does ur prenatal vitamins have dha? Is it ok to take them tablets with dha? The one i take doesn't have it but im trying to get gummies to substitute but all gummies seem to have dha.

im already have this patm for almost 8 years, i want to know if our symptomp is different or not, mine started when i was in junior high school, my friend suddenly start distance from me, i thought it was the odor i emit(im consuming dairy alot) .until i graduate and then it start change to become patm symptom when i was in high school. if i can find someone from my country, at least comment me.

So there is already some DHA in my prenatal but I went to the healthfood store and got a bottle of pure DHA vitamins I think about 700mg and started taking one of those a day. My OB says its fine to take it. Lets hope I remember to take it everyday and maybe things will improve.

I'm 17 too, but only 14 weeks pregnant. I start school on September third & I'm also going to be a senior. Depending on where you go to high school & your credits to graduate on time this could be you're easiest high school year & you should make the best of it as you can. Does the father go to school with you? He could be the only friend you need but if not its always good to make new friends.

That he should do junior kindergarten and then kindergarten. The reason being is his fine motor skills are not where they need to be and he does not know his letters well enough. I have no issue holding him back but he is a feb. birthday and he will be so much older than the rest of his class. I am having him evaluated to see if he qualifies for services but do not know what to do about placement.

So. Im still in school. And , my mom is thinking about online school for me so I can stay home, and move at my own pase. Anyone do it, and make it to a good college.. thats my main goal. I want to be able to get into nursing school at a good college. Anyone done it or seen anyone else do it... opinions?
