I snack on fruits and veggies. I thought it was my prenatals and dha that were making me sick. I switched to night taking them. Also I was on 2 different antibiotics but i have finished those cycles about 4 days ago and still feel sick. Could it be possible that i am further along than 6.3? I was in the hospital Sept 3 and had surgery. They done a pregnancy test there bust it came back negative. Could my hcg levels been low enough that the hospital test didn't detect it?
They make me sick but I do take flintstone gummies, folic acid (I have a deficency so I take an extra separate pill) and I eat eggs on the morning (helps provide dha to help develop baby brains). For the most part though, prenatals are more for the mother to stay healthy and happy. The baby takes all of the mothers vitamins, leaving the mother with fatique, dizziness, and various other symptoms. I feel 10 times better now that I am taking my cocktail of vitamins.

My mom (60 years of age) recently had cataract removal surgery in both her eyes from a well known hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. The surgery was phacoemulsification process and hardly took 5 min .Both the procedures were done with a gap of 1 week. The left eye seems to have recovered okay, but its the right eye which is casuing some probels. Its been more than 6 weeks now. She has no sign of infection, redness/swelling/pain etc.

So i visited a friend today and she looked at my prenatal vitamins that i had with me and was surprised they didn't have dha in them. She gave me some dha vitamins and recommended that i take them and continue to do so. My dr didn't mention dha. Am i alone in this?
Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?
Hello and thanks for this service! Is it more beneficial to take an "omega 3 EPA & DHA fish oil supplement" or an "omega 3, 6 &9 EPA & DHA fish oil supplement"? I'm a bit confused as to which would be of the optimum benefit to purchase. Thanks for your time and expertise!
EPA and DHA. The best source for both is fish oil. Aim for 1,000-3,000 mg total DHA and EPA. That's three to nine capsules a day of most brands.
Take 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate and 1,200 mg of chondroitin a day.
Take 500-1,500 mg of MSM per day. Also take Take 400 to 800 mg a day
of Sam-e. A product from New Chapter called Zyflamend, contains rosemary, curcumin, and ginger that are anti-inflammatories.
My doctor is big on dha. I take preferaOB ONE they have pre/post-natal Nutritional Supplement+DHA they're pretty good but its prescribed without insure they cost $123.00 :/. They also sell milk with DHA its pretty good but expensive.
