Raw food is better than cooked food, so don't cook your vegetables and eat a lot of fresh fruits. For the vitamins supplement i recommend a multi-vitamins/minerals like Centrum + a good vitamin C ( 1,000mg with calcium ) + a vitamin B complex. Consider Green+ or SuperFoodRX as a daily intake too which is rich in nutriments.

However, my metabolism (observed based on calories in vs weight change as well as energy levels in response to calorie intakes to distinguish between starvation metabolism and actual calorie needs) is much higher than the standard 2000 calories — even starvation level for my metabolism is much higher than 2000 calories. The following are the nutrients that I suspect would have a higher RDI for a higher metabolism.

The above info probably comes from something, but the best way to take vitamins is to spread them out during the day so you don't excrete them all out when you go to the bathroom. I don't know how many of us are disciplined to do that, but that's the best way. It very much depends on what you're taking. By the way, all vitamin supplements are "synthetic," not most.

They are whole food vitamins; the dogs just LOVE them and i have to keep the bottle tucked away so as to keep them out of the bottle. What is anyone's experience with Thymosin?? I have a friend who took it and reported that all his symptoms went away. That's not to say his Hep C cleared or anything but he feels sooooooooo much better.

To stay healthy we need so much vitamins and minerals and fluids on a daily intake. When, I took Tegretol, I did not have the appatite to eat what I should. My bones were litterly being robbed of Calcium and Mangnesium without me even realizing it. I took the Tegretol for a little over 10 yrs.
