Meds will be out of your blood in
lives of the drug. In
the case of Seroquel, the half life is 6 hours, so it actually goes out pretty quickly. Some may remain bound to tissues, so it can take days to months to fully get rid of a drug, but the levels are likely to be too low to notice, and with such a short half life and only moderate lipid solubility, I don't think Seroquel will hang around for too long.
