For example, on page 48, they list the breakfast of champions, 1 cup oatmeal topped with 1 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp dried cherries, 2 Tbsp walnut haves, 8 oz of plain kefir, and 1 medium banana. This supplies 600 calories and 90G of carbohydrate. No bad for breakfast. (But watch your calories if you aren't burning that many).

However I found myself eating all the greenbeans and only two or three bites of the pork chop. I usually love pork chops. It's not that I can't eat it I just find myself not choosing meat right now.
