and stretching for about a month, do you mean you did
rehab exercises for about a month? If so, why did you stop? If not, you need to start do such again. I can recommend exercises if needed. Let me know.
Also, I am assuming, with the above, that the pernous longus and brevis portion that you injured is near the ankle. Is this correct?
If you haven't fully strengthened and regained your range of motion in your ankle, that could be causing the pain that you feel after your activity.
