I am 42y male with normal blood pressure readings. I used to measure my BP in frequent manner 2 times a day (8am and 11pm). The morning reading usually 110/70 and the late night reading is 115/75. My questions are: 1- Is it normal to have different reading between morning and night. 2- Some time my morning reading is 115/75 not 110/70 (with the same setting and arm position, and time of the day). Is this slight rise considered normal?

From what i have read it appears that you should give yourself around 2 hours per drink to let your bloodstream clear. It is a good idea to pump an extra bottle or so before you drink anything to have on hand while your body cleans itself.

Hi alcohol can cause low blood sugar levels for some due to its effect on the liver. But even more it can cause those person with diabetes to pay less attention to their health and blood sugars. This does not mean you can never drink alcohol, But it should be taken in moderation only. When you do have a first drink (remember moderation) do it in the company of a trusted friend so you can safely see the effect it has on you.

If you are a small person and a normal sized blood pressure cuff is used to measure the blood pressure, and artificially low reading will be noted. Make sure that they use a small blood pressure cuff.

Don't drink alcohol and tell the doctor that did your blood work that you are interested in treatment. Your chances are pretty good. News meds are coming out this year. Some people heve an easy time on treatment. 200,000 is not that high. I was 2.8 million and am now cured.
