antihistamine zicam

thanks, will get the zicam...It is just really strange to me how i was never sick on pills...In my mind i was thinking well maybe it was camoflaging somethings i have that all really bad, like cancer, etc...LOL that is the paronoid mind talking after realizing what these pills may have done....

How long can i use antihistamine for my daughter aged 7 months to relieve her of the eczema itching.

I personally don't take antihistamine but just some advice I read that - antihistamine suppresses the immune system - never thought about it before - they work like steroids - some very good advice on another forum was - do not take antihistamine if you have lyme I am sure some of you already knew this but just thought I would mention it

I get some nasal relief from Zicam Allergy Relief. It is "homeopathic", so not immediate acting. There are several Zicam nasal products. The Allergy can be used several times a day and as many days as needed. The idea is that after a week or so on many not need it for a while or may use it just once a day. It is also available as a swab, at considerably higher cost.

I am still wondering if we can narrow in on pvc triggers. I have used zicam, lexapro, citracal, flax seed oil, midrin (for migraines) and armour thyroid medicines for five years. Has anyone else used these products out there? I keep wondering what we are missing in causation. It seems like so many people are struggling with heart arrythimias and it makes me wonder what we are doing that might be triggering them. . . Thanks for your input!

When I blow my nose it feels like there is a build up right below the left ear and inward. Also I have been having sinus issues, and bought Zicam two days ago, sometimes it can hurt a little when I use it on the left side. But I just feel like sinuses is too convenient of an excuse for all of this. If it matters at all, I had a CT scan done on my brain and left sinus on 4/15 and was told there is nothing of concern just 5mm of fluid on the left side.

ZICAM-I will swear by this product. If you even think you are gettign a cold or flu start ZICAM right away. The worst I have gotten in years i s runny nose for a day and a headache. I can't imagine how many times I have fought off the sickness before it got to me! :) It isn't too late to take it even if you area already ill.

I would tell you to try Zicam, but now you have a rash. Go to the doctor instead. If he/she clears the rash, they'll probably give you something for that cold you've had. The back ache?? Probably from coughing so much or totally unrelated.

I too suffer the thing I hate the most nasal congested. I sometines take Zicam miracle worker but you should not take more then 3days then it gives you rebound. But that has help me also the nasal strips their good too sleep at night. Other than that tried the Neti Pot I have it ot cleans the nasal passage.

not life or death type allergies, but sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, headaches. I take a one a day antihistamine to deal with it. .. but it says on the box not to take if pregnant. Im only 7 weeks, and have stopped taking them... but my allergies are horrible at the moment. All the sneezing is not helping with my morning sickness. During my last pregancey my symptoms actually went away but not this time... my question is can i take my antihistamine?

The nasal swabs by zicam were great but they stopped making them. I found that Zicam tablets helped me a bit, they have zinc in them. My allergies were not that bad though. Probably best to ask our doc. Best wishes on getting your health back.

I am wondering this also as my dear husband has handed his cold down to me and my body is trying to get it. I am taking Zicam which if you catch it in time you won't get so severe. I feel funny like this also. I tell people I feel fuzzy. Try Zicam to help your immune syptom.

Get some OTC meds for the flu for during the day and that will help. Benedryl, Dayquil, theraflu, aleve, zicam, hang in there you can do it.

What kind were you taking?

My allergist just told me to avoid anything with a D after the name to avoid heart irritability.

I have been to the doctor a number of times...always put on antibiotics for a sinus infection. I have been using Zicam for about 2 months now. However, my nose isn't responding as well to it now. Nor do I seem to be getting relief from cold medicine or allergy medicine. I am at my wits end, What do I do now?
