not life or death type allergies, but sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, headaches. I take a one a day antihistamine to deal with it. .. but it says on the box not to take if pregnant. Im only 7 weeks, and have stopped taking them... but my allergies are horrible at the moment. All the sneezing is not helping with my morning sickness. During my last pregancey my symptoms actually went away but not this time... my question is can i take my antihistamine?

However, phenylephedrin is a decongestant, benadryl is an antihistamine and vicodin is a narcotic pain reliever. The concern would be that both bendryl and the vicodin would cause drowziness on their own. They would magnify that effect when taken together. You might want to take Zyrtec instead of the benadryl as Zyrtec doesn't cause the drowziness that benadryl does.
Both of these symptoms started happening at just around the same time, when I was 15.
The first symptom is an itching related one. When it first started happening, I started getting incredibly itchy on my fingers/hands, feet, legs, and head. It was unbearable and so I went to the doctor to be diagnosed with "The Fifth Disease". I was told I should just take antihistamine pills and it would stop. The itching did stop, but a few days later, it came back.
For the rashes, I was prescribed antihistamine (loratidine) and betamethasone cream(cortisteroids). I used the cream for 2 days and then stopped using but continued with taking the antihistamine. At 92 days post exposure, I again got tested for Hiv with Axsym hiv 1 and 2 ag/ab combo assay and it came out negative. My questions are:
1) Should i depend on all the tests that carried out.

Here's one for the books. My daughter has had a allergic reaction to an oral antihistamine she took for what appeared to be hives just below the right side of her derriere. This little bout of hives were taking their time going away and so she thought by taking the antihistamine it would help the process.
Hi, my dermatologist has prescribed me a antihistamine for my itching and wants me to use it for 4-6 weeks. The med is called hydroxzine. I am concerned because i never heard of anyone using antihistamine for that long. Will this severly affect my liver? Please help!
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene . Wear lose comfortable clothes. Wash all your linen and towels etc with a disinfectant solution.

After 11 days I had a very very mild sore throut , nasal congestion which gone by antihistamine , fever which also getting better with antipyretic.I have to say it was my first time doing it and my last time. Do not mix antihistamines though such as an oral antihistamine and spray. Ocean Spray does not have an antihistamine and will simply dry you out and is safe to use with an antihistamine.

i have two questions to u the first is that i have allergic to certain drugs like metronidazole[flagyl] i have seen to black spots once in my glans[prepuce]and the other in my elbow..then i met a dermatologist and he told me that this is [fix drug eruption]
the next question is that i have seen a lot of itching in my scrotal area and skin pigment is changed around that area and the doctor said this is an eczema cosed by allergy ...so that can u help me plz..
