You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.Application of topical steroids like dermacort will also help.
If the symptoms become severe,then oral steroids are needed for whih prescription of a dermatologist is required.

not life or death type allergies, but sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, headaches. I take a one a day antihistamine to deal with it. .. but it says on the box not to take if pregnant. Im only 7 weeks, and have stopped taking them... but my allergies are horrible at the moment. All the sneezing is not helping with my morning sickness. And they only occur when I am outdoor for a short period of time. I took antihistamine to try to control. It didnt help, since this was the first time and I was camping I thought maybe I got bite my a insect (no sun block). That wasnt it. I ended up in the ER last night with severe vommitting And diarrhea (tmi sorry) ended up getting 3 bags of fluid. The dr said they ran some blood test and everything pointed to viral but no one else has gotten sick..... Yet.... I'm freaking out that maybe it was food poisoning and I'm reading all these horrible things about food poisoning. Has anyone else had to deal with this? Any words of comfort from you guys before I can speak to my dr on Monday?

I have hyperthyroidism and have had it for 23 years and I'm 38. I have been on every dose of Synthroid and my TSH was 66 on 300mcg. I am now taking 5 1grain Armour Thyroid pills a day. This year I have had sun poisoning three times and have had sunscreen on. I'm super sensitive for some reason this year. I also have dark skin spots on my face. Getting annoyed. Has anyone else had these problems??
