Aside from physical therapy, massages and high doses of ibuprofen, anti-inflammatory medications and muscle relaxants can help. Try to avoid stress and you can also try relaxation techniques such as biofeedback or psychotherapy and other relaxation techniques. You should wash the area and keep it clean, apply calamine lotion at the site and take some oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications like loratadine or cetrizine for your symptoms.

Can I take esomeprazole,diazepam,antihistamine( Given by doc to help sleep ). Green tea capsules,cranberry pills,multivitamins and kanna together please? And on days I don't take my diazepam can i take valerian instead with these other supplements?

The most common way to get rid of a stuffy nose is to use an over-the-counter (OTC) decongestant combined with an anti-inflammatory analgesic (pain reliever) like Ibuprofen. However, you should not use decongestants for more than 5-7 days at a time. This is because they can only provide short-term relief for catarrh, and using them for any longer can make your symptoms worse.. Avoid indigestible, spicy, foods and meats. Eat simply of wholesome food.
What about benedryl? An antihistamine? I'd try that. The wine won't help. And will give you a whole host of other problems so I'd stop self medicating with that sweetie. It is going to compound your problems. Plus it is a depressant and if you are already anxious, feel blue and depressed about this situation, it will just make that worse. So, that's my 2 cents on the wine for comfort care.

A few days ago my right ear started feeling a little full. A day or so later I was feeling draggy and like I was coming down with something. I went to local clinic doctor who looked at it and said "Yes your eardrum is inflamed a bit." I had no fever. She prescribed Keflex, and I'm on my 4 dose of it. Now it's the weekend and the ear is probably a bit worse, I feel achy etc, and am running 99.8.
Ibuprofen and such tends to give me stomach pain and I've been On ibuprofen for years. Heat helps but just for the 30 sex or so the heat is applied. Other than that nothing.
No, DO NOT give together! Temeril-P IS an antihistamine w/ a small dose of steroids included.....You don't want to give another Antihistamine (Benedryl) on top of that......
My allergist told me to try Claritin tabs instead of gel caps but I took one after having my allergy shot and I broke out in hives again. Now all the pollen is out and my eyes are really itchy and red and I have a hard time seeing at work. I tried taking Atarax last night to see if that would help more than Benadryl. Big mistake since I woke up broke out in bad hives. I had to wait to get home to take benadryl since I am not 100% certain that Benadryl does not give me hives.
