So, i joined both symptoms (Bier spots and gynecomastia) and all i could find was a liver issue, because bier spots are commonly caused by liver diseases and gynecomastia is caused by high estrogen (caused by liver disease). Last month I felt like I was gonna jump out of my skin, I can feel my pants on my legs and it bothers me, also any touching feels almost painful, like my nerves are all excited and uncomfortable. I tried a Medrol dose pack last month and it did help by day 4 or so but don't want to ask for that again. I have also tried ibuprofen with no relief. Any comments or similarities please speak up! My thyroid testing came back normal but my thyroid showed inflammation. I had my female hormones like progesterone and estrogen checked through saliva testing. This is the best kind of testing to get. It was found that I had low progesterone so, I was put on a compounded progesterone cream. With in 3 months I noticed my periods being more regular and less painful. Changing my diet and adding hormones didn't fix everything. I was still a terrible mess.
