I am overweight a little prior to pregnancy and my doctor told me to stay away from fast foods as it holds no nutrional value. She told me to
eat as fresh and clean as I can. She said not to count calories or diet but just
eat healthy and to exercise. Fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats like chicken etc. She told me the best way to eat fresh is buy my grocerys from the outer perimeter of the grocery store thats where the eggs, milks cheese and produce and fruit and fresh meat is located.
