a fruit, oatmeal, toast for
breakfast. A glass of apple juice, turkey cheese samdwich on whole grain bread, and maybe some chips for lunch. A snack around 3 which is like pb and crackers. For dinner, a veggie with some type of meat. Ive sucessfully breastfed 2 babies so far sticking to well balanced diet. Lots of water is key too. Whole grains are best.
