Common Questions and Answers about Coughing for more than 10 days

coughing

Avatar m tn She prescribed Nasonex 2x2, Ipratropium bromide inhalation and Levocetirizine for 10 days. A follow up 10 days later, i was still coughing and she then prescribed Narivent which was so disgusting that i almost puked from it and Prospan (Hedera helix syrup). This did not help, yet again, and i was still coughing. Third follow up after 10 days was prescribed Nasonex again, salt water and a seretide inhaler.
Avatar m tn Now my doc has me on Gaviscon (OH MY GOSH IS THAT BAD) plus Reglan at night which makes your stomach go crazy so if I take the norco it helps for a couple of hours after that a couple more norco in the afternoon and my stomach feels upset for about 6 hours it drives you crazy when you go to the doctor and they just double up on your meds and it doesnt help. Dont know what to do.
Avatar f tn my 7 month old baby has been passing small amounts of loose stool for more than 10 days now. Her stool culture showed moderate amounts of E COli. The Dr prescribed antibiotics for 5 days, but still there is no change. She doesnt have fever or vomiting. What is the reason for this? should we give her any other medicine?
Avatar f tn 2 more days for me! I go Thursday at 8am! I'll be 20 weeks and 3 days! :) I'm so excited!

Avatar f tn Only 10 more days! I see the other forums about post with women who are 18 or 24 weeks and I just thank God I am almost done. I tried to share my excitement with my mom and she shot me down by saying I could go up to 42 weeks! Is this true? Has anyone gone that long?
2515342 tn?1347080637 10 more days till my baby boy is here, I can't wait to see him. Hopefully he come before the holidays. It would be the best Xmas present ever!!
Avatar f tn Urgent care doc gave me a trial of Singulair (10 mcg for 3-month) and started feel less cough, chest tight (now use 2-4 puffs per month) and tickle, but still feel a bit congested. In Aug, my PCP referred me to ENT and suggested to add Astelin for treating me persistent rhinitis. I did an allergy blood test for 13 kinds of environmental allergen but it’s negative. I did ask my PCP if I am having asthma. She said it’s only an allergy.
Avatar f tn I really would ask to see a different doctor. If you've had your period five years, you should pretty well be regulated, so four months without unless that truly is how you normally cycle is really not normal for you. Periods should also not be more than 7 days unless, again, they've always been 8 days or something like that.
