I missed over a week of zoloft and don't want to go back on it, What can I do?
Ditto the above posts...what's the status, did you get your medication? When you do, just resume the dose, don't double up on doses.
Tryin zoloft worsened my anxiety and takin myself off of it was even worse but it sounds like its been workin for u. I think youre jst worried becuz u missed a dose.
Ever feel that before? If not, then it's probably due to the missed dose. All ssris other than Prozac leave the body in a matter of hours, so you can get a withdrawal reaction if you miss a dose. It would be unusual at this early stage for that to happen, which is why I asked if this is something you've felt before, but these drugs do have side effects that occur before the effects kick in.
In clinical trials, they actually administered 1875 mg of Incivek q8hrs as opposed to 750 mg q8hrs. In that study, the following common adverse events were reported more frequently with the 1875 mg q8h regimen compared to the 750 mg q8h regimen: nausea, headache, diarrhea, decreased appetite, dysgeusia, and vomiting but no life threatening problems were reported.
Incivek should be taken every 7-9 hrs with 20 grams of fat.
I have been taking zoloft for about 11 years or so and am currently on a dose of 200mg per day. I also take 400mg seroquel at night. I've read about brain shivers upon withdrawal from zoloft but currently experience brain shivers whilst taking zoloft. I take the zoloft in the morning and by about 3pm or 4pm begin getting the electric shocks in my brain. I used to get this only if i missed a dose but they are quite regular now and i am consistent with taking my meds.
I started taking Zoloft 5 days ago 50mg each day. I want to stop. I don't like it at all. Do I need to cut down to 25mg or can I stop cold turkey since it's only been 5 days and I missed my dose yesterday so really only 4 days.
this wasn't the first time I've forgotten about it but it was the first time I missed a whole dose. I'm too scared to miss a dose again .
I am on Tecfidera 240 mg dose. It just occurred to me I missed the morning dose. I have a call into the specialty pharmacy for direction. I didn't find much on the web except "take it as soon as you remember and if close to your next dose take it then but don't double up". This is the first time I missed since starting therapy last month. I feel terrible. Is this incredibly bad?
Do I still take the ribavirin pills since I missed the dose? After 4 weeks I was tested and no virus was showing so I am worried that this is going to be a set back. I am anemic as well. Just need to know what to do??? Hep clinic closed for weekend as is doc office and pharmacist had no clue. Anyone been through this?
have been on 5mg of zyprexa for 21/2 months and i feel groggy in the morning, slightly depressed until i have some coffee. i missed a dose on purpose to see how i would feel in the morning and i had a great sleep, felt less anxious because i wasn't fatigued from too much sleep. but didn't want to miss more than 1 dose but am concerned that maybe 5mg. is too much to take or that it might not be the drug i should be taking.
My sertraline was upped to 100mg 6 days ago. I was ok till yesterday and now I have had a bad headache then and today. My doctor has said to drop back to 50mg for a few days. I have been feeling quite well on the higher dose so don't know whether to stick it out a bit longer or not.
I was on zoloft for approx. 4 months, 50mg - I am 32 years old, always been around 110 lbs. I didn't gain weight at all during those 4 months, however I quit cold turkey just about 3 weeks ago. I feel so bloated and sloppy! I have put on 5 lbs and that is alot for me since I am only 5'. My question is ... did quitting this cause weight gain?
He has suggested a switch in my medication and wants me to start a samll dose 12mg of Zoloft today for a week to see how my body reacts to it. If all goes well then he would increase the Zoloft and eventually take me of the Lexapro. He has also indicated that I could take the Kolonopin twice daily to help with the anxiety. I am very nervouse of this change. Just the thought of taking the Zoloft had increased my anxiety and crying spells.
He had put me on Zoloft last month 50 mg. When I saw him tonight and told him all that has been happening, he decided to put me on 100 mg of the Zoloft and gave me 60 Subs for the next month. My plan to taper went awry with all this tradgedy in my life. But I am trying to be an optimist and thinking that the tapering will happen soon. I guess I just cant be in a hurry right now with all that is happening. Anyway, I hope you are all well.....haven't read any posts. Love you guys.
