It would help you to take Magnesium supplements. Lack of Mg causes anxiety,
jitteriness, panic attacks, palpitation, fluttering in the chest, fear of the unknown, tics, tremors and many other symptoms. Mg Chloride will help in digestion. There are different kinds of Mg, there are those that will cause loose stools. Mg glycinate will not, so thats one of my choices. They very inexpensive as well.
