I wondering if anyone knows when your on the Yaz birth control pill if you can skip your period for the month? I was on Ortho tri- lo another pill and I was able to but I am now on Yaz. Please let me know if you have done this or KNOW for sure!

It sounds like you've hit on a pretty good plan there -- slow and steady is the best way to do it, so you can make the changes last. I'm not familiar with the "Biggest Loser Yoga for Weight Loss" DVD, but I love yoga. Yoga stretches your muscles and strengthens your core muscles. i had the same problems with Yaz. I was on yasmin and when asking for more from my doctor she accidenty wrote yas...not yasmine so i tried it for a few months. it was horrible. I become very depressed and moody, gained weight, had bad acne, and become very paranoid. I switched to levora which i've been on ever since ( 3yrs). My symptoms all went away once i stopped taking Yaz. I'm not sure if it would take 4 months of your hormones to regulate...

However, yaz made my periods last longer, and I would bleed on and off for a week towards the end of using yaz.

How soon can I expect to conceive,I have stopped taking Yaz in Dec last year and I have been trying since then.

One minute I am on top of the world with a ton of energy and the next I want to climb in a hole. I started on Yaz birth control about 4 months ago. Hi, sorry for all your trouble. my daughter is 19 and she started on yaz in may of 08 for pms, she loves it. said she could tell the difference in her cycles the very first day. that's all the info I have on it.

Yasmine has a higher level of ethinyl estradiol (10ug more than Yaz) . Gianvi is the same formulation as Yaz, execept in generics fillers are different. Ocella is supposed to be the same as Yasmine, but fillers are diferrent and I reacted differently on ocella. Yaz has 24 pils and Yasmine 21. Yaz is supposed to take care of the PMDD symtoms better. 10.

Maybe I didnt give my body enough time to get rid of Yaz.. I heard it takes 2 months to leave your system. Before these 5 months I was on Yaz for about a year i believe and i never had these symptoms...only this time around.

I have a small trampoline, and sometimes I just put that in the living room and sort of jog in place on it (I think I'd break it if I actually jumped!). That is very joint-friendly as well, and I can watch/listen to any distracting thing I want. I add ankle and/or hand weights if I feel like it. I have an elliptical, but I need to get it serviced and who knows when I'll find the time?

Hello there, I've heard from more than one source that the bc pill Yaz also sold as Yasmin, same stuff, is dangerous. If Yaz is causing you to be depressed, with panic attacks and anxiety, I would suggest getting of Yaz altogether, with the help of your family doctor. Wouldn't even finish the end of the package of Yaz. I've heard it can cause blood clots. Seeing as you had unprotected sex with your boyfriend, this would be a good time for a doctor's visit. My concern is because he normally doesn't forget anything! My reasoning for putting his intelligence in the comment was basically to show he forgets nothing! The episode was only 2 weeks ago and he not only doesn't remember the vomiting ( which I realize is a good thing). He doesn't remember the entire day.

m starving, lethargic, dizzy. I was in the emergency room due to dehydration 2 weeks ago, and at my doctor last weekend. She was confused. I had my period less than a month ago. Is it normal to still have nausea this intense more than 2 weeks after stopping both meds? Was the multiple changes in birth control the reason for most of my nausea? How much longer do you think this intense nausea will last?

I started taking Yaz two weeks ago I've had a good experience. the first week I had every symptom under the sun nausea, diaharreah headaches, but second week I 'm so happy my face has cleared up tremendously. I suffer from horrible hormonal acne since I was a teenager and I'm 25 now. I started noticing change within end of first week. Before I was on orthotrycycline and I was depressed irratable broke out horribly had a dark stain on my upper lip just horrible.
