yaz and chest pain

I have pains in my chest that goes through to my back and I am having a hard time breathing. I also have sore muscles in both of my calves. I am currently take Yaz (4 weeks) and Amphcillin (3 weeks). What is wrong with me?

So about a month ago i developed hives and joint pain. I went to the doctor's and they said the only thing i can do they say is to take antihistimines, use calamine lotion and anti itch creams for the itching. Sometimes i will not have any and i think they are completely gone, and then a few hours later usually at night they come back usually terribly bad all over my arms, legs, chest, back, and stomach. It gets so bad and itchy sometimes, i just cry.

Hi, YAZ birth control pill causes cholelithiasis. According to studies done, YAZ birth control pill increases the risk of gallbladder disease only marginally. But if you are symptomatic, like if you have pain in the upper right quadrant or if you develop nausea or jaundice, discuss your symptoms with your consulting doctor he may change the dose or the medications. fast forward to last year when I had to have the IUD taken out because it completely messed me up (it was sliding out, and it moved so much that it constanty poked on my uterus causing severe pain during my menses) so i was put on YAZ early last year and the NIGHTMARE began, I have gone from 118Lbs to 153Lbs!!! in a 1 and 1/2yrs and the cellulite/strech marks is also out of control!!! I can't bring myself to wear a bathing suit!!!

I get headaches real ba everyday uhm left an right arm pain and leg pain and when my chest start to hurt It makes me have panic attacks cause I think I'm having a heart attack

Suddenly all of the these symptoms happen to me anxiety,rapid heart beat,numbness and tingling after stopping yaz. I became numb,shaky,and pale at work shortly after that and they had to call 911. They told me I was having an anxiety attack. I coud not believe them I have never had anxiety before in my life.

life, Orth-low was good at relieaving my pain but it made me bloat badly and i had mood swings. Yaz was so expensive and it did not help with my pain and made my sexual urges decresse to practicly nothing although my skin cleared up and i did not bloat or have mood swings. Always remember that we have different chemical balances, what it was like for me may not be the same for you.

I apologize up front if this is in the wrong place or if someone has already asked about this. I'm just scared after reading some stuff... I have kind of been on my period for about 2 1/2 weeks, except the last week and a half have been spotting. I've been on Yaz for over a year now...for an ovarian cyst....and this is very unusual. Also, for no explainable reason, my lower back has been killing me the past couple of days. It's absolutely excruciating.

hey my sister took yaz for 3 months and she had bad side effects, unable to get out of the bed due to having very bad stomach pains that pepto bismo would only ease the pain for a few minutes. she had to get several tests done because of all the pain she was in, she is currently going through a lawsuit with yaz because of what it has done to her.

sleeping pills(for insomnia),small amount of Adderall(in order to function) and a SNRI(for pain and depression) All my thyroid tests(TSH,T4,T3)always came back normal so I never took any thyroid medicine. Past labs also showed extremely high Cortisol serum level & extremely low Serotonin(not sure of current level) 2 months ago my symptoms worsened(esp depression,insomnia,muscle aches,painful cold/tingling hands&feet-in summer!

Then This past week, I got a real bad acid reflux i thought I was having a serious chest pain they rushed me to the hospital and said it was just acid reflux, I had called the specialist and told him about my eyes, he said it's not the med. Fine, now, for the past two days, my legs are cramping real bad, it just my left leg, it hurts so bad. My husband has to run to help me stretch it. Does anyone know if this is related to the medication, are these consider to be normal.

She says that while at a basketball game, she got a very sharp pain in her chest that went away and came back...so, yes, Chest pain is a symptom of a panic attack. I also had a book on Anxiety/Panic Attacks which name "chest Pain" as a symptom. I hoped this helped.

It has been 7 days since my last Provera and still no period. This is my 3rd month of taking Provera and in the previous months I started my period on days 8 and days 11 while taking the provera. I take 1 pill for 10days. I noticed brown discharge like I'm about to start yesterday but that has currently stopped. I am having lower back pain, cramping and a mild headache. I'm even fatigued like I should be on my cycle. I have taken a total of 5 home preg test and all were negative.

I have been taking Yaz for about a year and a half and my body has changed extremely. I feel like I have a UTI almost every week, constipated, chills, and when I go to the doctor to get checked for anything they say it is " normal ". Is this normal? The pain is so overwhelming that it doesnt seem that way. Should I switch to a different pill or just stop taking them all together? help!!

However, I recently became sexually active and it's sometimes a pain remembering to take them at the same time daily. I've been looking into more longtemr birth control solutions.

I was on Yaz for about 5 months and in mid march (2 months ago) i decided to go off of it because of the crazy side effects! i got my first non pill period somewhat on time and now im waiting for my second period but it is almost a week late. i highly doubt im pregnant because i always use condoms with my bf. I am kinda worried anyways though but i just wanted to know if it was normal or not?

Hey all! I'm still alive, through the grace of God! I am on week three of Yaz and things have gotten better! I have back pain and some fatigue, but overall, I'm well! I know how to calm my anxiousness and I feel like my old self again! To God be the glory for the things He has done!

The doctor believes endometriosis is causing the pain on my right side and back. She put me back on Yaz (birth control). Hi, Im sixteen years old. Im perscribed to Prozac and YAZ. Ive been on Prozac for more than a year and YAZ since the summer of '09. Every since I started the YAZ back pains grew horrible. I started taking the YAZ because my OBGYN thinks I have indometriosis. For the past two months I have to be wearing a pad because I cant stop bleeding. I feel like Im sixty years old. My bones are week. I cant breath. My feet randomly go numb. When Im on the pink pill durng the month.

i have two ovarian cysts one 3cm and the other slightly smaller, i was already on mirena an iud and now put on yaz to for birth control to shrink the cysts but now my breast are swelling really bad, what should i look out for as for complications, is this safe?

I haven't had a period for awhile so the Obgyn put me on Yaz and I took that about 5 days because I was having really bad chest pains so I stopped taking it , I did start a period that lasted 8 days that was back in Dec 07 ! I went and seen my regular Dr that put me on Medroxypr Ac 10 mg to help start well I have taken all that and still no periods I did how ever have some cramps but no period!

m just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with panic and anxiety as a result of yaz? And have you found that it even got worse when you took yourself off of it? Just today I am now feeling tenderness of my nipples, is that common too? Does anyone know how long it will take to get out of my system? Also my libido had depleted to nothing, how long should it take for that to come back?

ve been off of Yaz for 2 years now and the pain is starting to come back with my period getting longer again and longer time between them. I'm debating getting back on it. She can talk to her gyn about it. I also take perscription strength Ibuprofen during my cramping days. And during that time of month when I ovulate I have the same excrutiating pain too. I take the ibuprofen then too. it helps.
