Suddenly all of the these symptoms happen to me anxiety,rapid heart beat,numbness and tingling after stopping yaz. I became numb,shaky,and pale at work shortly after that and they had to call 911. They told me I was having an anxiety attack. I coud not believe them I have never had anxiety before in my life.
3-4 different kinds of pills, the patch, the shot and I had terrible side effects for all of those including worse pains, numbness, and my entire leg and arm tingling and going numb. But on Yaz there were no side effects and all my cysts were gone.

Hi, YAZ birth control pill causes cholelithiasis. According to studies done, YAZ birth control pill increases the risk of gallbladder disease only marginally. But if you are symptomatic, like if you have pain in the upper right quadrant or if you develop nausea or jaundice, discuss your symptoms with your consulting doctor he may change the dose or the medications. fast forward to last year when I had to have the IUD taken out because it completely messed me up (it was sliding out, and it moved so much that it constanty poked on my uterus causing severe pain during my menses) so i was put on YAZ early last year and the NIGHTMARE began, I have gone from 118Lbs to 153Lbs!!! in a 1 and 1/2yrs and the cellulite/strech marks is also out of control!!! I can't bring myself to wear a bathing suit!!!

I have kind of been on my period for about 2 1/2 weeks, except the last week and a half have been spotting. I've been on Yaz for over a year now...for an ovarian cyst....and this is very unusual. Also, for no explainable reason, my lower back has been killing me the past couple of days. It's absolutely excruciating.
hey my sister took yaz for 3 months and she had bad side effects, unable to get out of the bed due to having very bad stomach pains that pepto bismo would only ease the pain for a few minutes. she had to get several tests done because of all the pain she was in, she is currently going through a lawsuit with yaz because of what it has done to her.
It has been 7 days since my last Provera and still no period. This is my 3rd month of taking Provera and in the previous months I started my period on days 8 and days 11 while taking the provera. I take 1 pill for 10days. I noticed brown discharge like I'm about to start yesterday but that has currently stopped. I am having lower back pain, cramping and a mild headache. I'm even fatigued like I should be on my cycle. I have taken a total of 5 home preg test and all were negative.
I have been taking Yaz for about a year and a half and my body has changed extremely. I feel like I have a UTI almost every week, constipated, chills, and when I go to the doctor to get checked for anything they say it is " normal ". Is this normal? The pain is so overwhelming that it doesnt seem that way. Should I switch to a different pill or just stop taking them all together? help!!

However, I recently became sexually active and it's sometimes a pain remembering to take them at the same time daily. I've been looking into more longtemr birth control solutions.

Hey all! I'm still alive, through the grace of God! I am on week three of Yaz and things have gotten better! I have back pain and some fatigue, but overall, I'm well! I know how to calm my anxiousness and I feel like my old self again! To God be the glory for the things He has done!
The doctor believes endometriosis is causing the pain on my right side and back. She put me back on Yaz (birth control). I was on Yaz for several years to control the severe PMS symptoms I was having. I got off PMS last summer when I turned 50 because I wanted to get an accurate reading of my hormone levels which are normal. m just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with panic and anxiety as a result of yaz? And have you found that it even got worse when you took yourself off of it? Just today I am now feeling tenderness of my nipples, is that common too? Does anyone know how long it will take to get out of my system? Also my libido had depleted to nothing, how long should it take for that to come back?
ve been off of Yaz for 2 years now and the pain is starting to come back with my period getting longer again and longer time between them. I'm debating getting back on it. She can talk to her gyn about it.
I also take perscription strength Ibuprofen during my cramping days. And during that time of month when I ovulate I have the same excrutiating pain too. I take the ibuprofen then too. it helps.
Hey guys! It's Danielle and I stopped taking Yaz about two months ago, and I feel fantastic. The weight is going away slowly but surely, and my periods, although slightly irregular, have been better. I'm a bit more moody than before, Yaz always made me feel PMS when I shouldn't have though. Getting off the Yaz was the best thing I could have done!
I am a 49 year old female in perimenopause. I have a history of migraines since starting my menses at age 13 years old. Been in perimenopause for the last 4 years. Four years ago began having panic attacks-one occurred during visit with GYN. I was place on low dose niravan for anxiety.
So about a month ago i developed hives and joint pain. I went to the doctor's and they said the only thing i can do they say is to take antihistimines, use calamine lotion and anti itch creams for the itching. Sometimes i will not have any and i think they are completely gone, and then a few hours later usually at night they come back usually terribly bad all over my arms, legs, chest, back, and stomach. It gets so bad and itchy sometimes, i just cry.
