I do my interval after my strength training as most people do cardio first! That will only make you worn out to do your strength training. Pax you need to do your homework!!

Chest Incline barbell press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps Incline dumbell press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps Chest dips - 3 sets, 8-12 reps Biceps EZ bar curls - 3 sets, 6-8 reps Hammer curls (dumbbell or bar) - 3 sets, 8-10 reps Preacher curls with EZ bar - 2 sets, 6-8 reps (be careful on how far you extend your arms).

I eat quite heathy, taking in a lot of fruits and vegetables and trying to watch my serving sizes and portions.

It doesn't hurt so much when I were a brace but after I play soccer or workout I'm very sore the next day on my knee, quad, butt, and back. I usually use ice, heat and Ibuprofen.
